Not using an agent also has its advantages. You will have more to bargain with
on the price. The seller no longer has to pay a buyers agent. This could save
the seller 3%. On a $635,000 sale that would save the seller over $20,000. This
could put you in a stronger position when there are multiple bids, or you could
get a lower price for the home.
