#6. Take a deep breath

Relax and try to enjoy this experience. It's not all going to go perfect, it never does. If a problem comes up take that deep breath and let your experienced CTC Mortgage Planner fix it (we are excellent problem solvers). Remember you are only a 1st time home buyer once.
