Your Social Security Number is required for the mortgage planner to be able to perform a credit check in order to determine what type of interest rate you qualify for. This information is used only for the purpose of determining a credit score for the loan, and is not used for any other purpose. This personal information is confidential and kept private through out the process. We pride ourselves in privacy for our clients. We have never had any misconduct within our organization and all of our clients have felt safe with CTC. This is why we have an AA grade and Zero complaints with the Better Business Bureau.
