Coast to Coast Mortgage's Progress
Coast to Coast Mortgage was founded in 2000 by CEO Jonathan Spica on the east coast. After only two short years covering all the area CTC could, including Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, and New Jersey, Jon decided to take the company to Southern California. The California office was established in 2002 and was recently upgraded and expanded in 2005 to the current Santa Monica location. The Northern California office is currently in permit phase in Danville, CA and plans for the new San Diego, Las Vegas, and Phoenix offices are also under way.

CEO Jon Spica has appeared on Philadelphia PBS affiliate WHYY's 5:30 evening news show to discuss the latest mortgage trends and consumer concerns.
