Jonathan is a California native, deeply connected to Los Angeles County, highly specialized in the beach cities and coastal properties. Having spent his formidable years in Santa Monica, building and raising his family, Jonathan also built his real estate portfolio. He owns a collection of beach homes which he has opened up to clients so that they can feel the connection with his homes and create memories of their own.

In addition to real estate, Jonathan is an engineer by trade. He has a passion for design, engineering, and construction. He enjoys creating beautiful spaces with a careful eye partnered with high design and luxury.
